Review

1444 facts across 22 clients. Two questions each: can we stand behind it, and can an argument be built from it.

Nothing here blocks anything. Strategy already runs on these — approving a fact only tells it which to reach for first. Ten minutes on your biggest client is worth more than clearing the list.

Two things the system found that disagree, and it refused to pick. Each carries both claims and the options the critic drafted — settling one writes how it was settled, because the next person to hit the same contradiction reads only that.

Someone other than Apple Chan is publishing to the Apondle account, which cannot be true alongside the sole-login-access record

    On the record

Apple Chan is the only person with login access to the Apondle social media account

    Arrived since

A separate marketing person posts weekly content for Apondle and is described by Apple Chan as new to design

Why it matters: Both statements describe the present, so no passage of time reconciles them — one is simply wrong. The sole-access record is used to plan approvals, scheduling and handover; if a second person is publishing weekly, the workflow, the review path and the 'built it all herself' narrative are all built on a false premise. The incoming claim that other creators host TikTok Live sessions points the same way, though guest hosting alone would not require credentials.

Haga described as run entirely in-house while two agencies are engaged and most ad spend goes to Haga

    On the record

Marketing for the Haga brand is run entirely in-house

    Arrived since

Currently works with two marketing agencies, each handling a different brand

Why it matters: Both can be true if the two agencies cover Chandel and Lune Brillante, but the budget fact says spend is 'mainly on Haga with occasional Chandel inclusion', which points the agency work at the brand said to be fully in-house. This determines whether Haga is even available to a new partner, so getting it wrong means scoping a pitch around a brand that is not in play — or missing the only brand that is.

Sub-$10 cost-per-lead target is already satisfied by the claimed current $5–$7 CPL

    On the record

Haga is currently acquiring leads at $5 to $7 per lead

    Arrived since

Target is to eventually bring cost per lead below $10, freeing budget for infrastructure, services and engagement

Why it matters: A target described as something to reach 'eventually' cannot sensibly sit above a rate already being achieved. Either the target refers to a different brand or product line, or it refers to fully-loaded CPL while the $5–$7 refers to ad spend alone. Left unresolved, an agency could be handed a goal it clears on day one, or the client's actual ambition could be understated by an order of magnitude.

The five-video test run is now split into two agency-shot Apondle videos and three self-filmed personal-brand videos

    On the record

The initial production run is five videos total — two for Apondle and three for the personal brand — as a test before scaling

    Arrived since

Personal-brand videos in the September slate are filmed by Apple Chan herself and posted on her own account; the Tuesday shoot covers two Apondle videos

Why it matters: The recorded deliverable is five videos, but the only scheduled production covers two. If the boundary is not fixed, the test run is either under-delivered against expectation or the agency silently absorbs editing on three videos it did not shoot — and the 'test before scaling' benchmark is measured against an inconsistent set.

Two incoming facts reference an unrecorded change in business strategy that may have moved the boundaries of the stored positioning facts

    On the record

Direct-to-consumer (B2C) market entry is the prioritised business strategy, with OEM manufacturing to be secured for own-branded capsules; Exploring a physical footprint at 'Longevity World' at Grand Park Hotel

    Arrived since

A two-way analysis using both the Singapore and China systems... was considered but not pursued, due to a change in business strategy; The initial service agreement intentionally avoids locking in specific, deep features in order to maintain flexibility during the client's pivot

Why it matters: A pivot is asserted twice as a reason for decisions, but its content was never captured. The knowledge base still presents B2C-plus-OEM and the Longevity World footprint as current, so downstream copy could describe a strategy the client has already left — the classic broken-telephone failure, with no contradicting statement to catch it.

Two different thought-leadership territories claimed for the same brand

    On the record

Positions its gamification and interactive exhibition work as its differentiator, and aims to be recognised as a leader in that area

    Arrived since

Aims to establish thought leadership in stress-free, creative event planning and reliable partnership

Why it matters: The differentiator is the spine of the content plan, the seven category pages and the founder feature. If both territories run unresolved, the site argues for a defensible, evidenced niche (gamification hardware, award nomination, ministerial launches) in one place and for a generic, unprovable promise in another — and the generic one usually wins in copy because it is easier to write.

Ad audience widened from mothers to high-earning finance and tech professionals at named employers

    On the record

Mothers identified as a target audience segment for the brand's advertising

    Arrived since

Ad targeting includes high-earning finance and technology professionals at companies such as Google, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, Citibank and ByteDance

Why it matters: Both are recorded as targeting facts, so downstream writers may read the newer, broader segment as replacing the mothers segment, or may assume the named employers are clients rather than targeting criteria. Naming specific companies in creative also carries trademark and implied-endorsement risk.

BlackRock Vice President title used in ad messaging with unresolved attribution

    On the record

Founder Jennifer Ong's own career history includes a transition from BlackRock to a fashion startup

    Arrived since

A Vice President role at BlackRock is used in brand ad messaging as the pre-pivot role in a 'pivot without a pay cut' headline; source does not state whether the title is the founder's or a client's

Why it matters: The existing record confirms a BlackRock connection but never a seniority level, and never says whose. If this ships unresolved, live ads may claim VP seniority for the founder that nobody verified, or present a client outcome as the founder's story — either is a credibility risk on a headline claim.

Product price list mixes exact prices, 'from' prices and pre-discount prices in one statement

    Arrived since

Tailored T-Shirt $55 SGD ... Axis Tech Pants $88 SGD (from $99) ... Cuban Collar Knit Shirt from $55 SGD (from $69), Classic T-shirt from $30 SGD (from $40)

Why it matters: 'From $55' and '$55' are different promises, and '(from $99)' appears to mean a pre-discount price rather than a starting price. Whichever reading a writer picks, half these figures could be published as fixed prices that the site does not honour.

Stated industry experience of 8 years cannot be reconciled with a 2015 founding date

    On the record

No prior tenure fact in the knowledge base; the conflict is between two facts arriving together

    Arrived since

'8 years of industry experience' alongside 'Oloid Studio started in 2015' (approximately 11 years as of 2026-08-30)

Why it matters: Tenure is the kind of number that ends up in ad copy and captions verbatim. If both figures stay in the base, one campaign will say 8 years and the next will say over a decade, and the 8-year version understates a firm that has been trading since 2015 — the weaker claim beating the stronger one for no reason.

Nails line is live and fully merchandised, but the KB records it as not public-ready and to be hidden

    On the record

The website carries a 'nails' page/category that is not yet ready for public viewing and is to be hidden

    Arrived since

Sells a press-on/nail product line categorised by shape (Squoval, Oval, Almond, Coffin), pattern, colour and texture, plus a tool package; website also carries a 'Nails Care' category

Why it matters: If the hide is still the client's intent, an unfinished category is publicly buyable and could be featured in content; if it is now an intentional second product line, the whole positioning and content plan is currently lens-only and understates the catalogue.

Site colour options exclude red, but the KB approves a red lens in the range

    On the record

The range includes a red coloured contact lens

    Arrived since

Lenses are offered in nine colour options: Brown, Dark Brown, Light Brown, Black, Green, Pink, Purple, Blue and Gray (product list includes 'Libera Ruby')

Why it matters: Featuring a red lens in an ad or booth material when it cannot be found or bought on the site produces enquiries the brand cannot fulfil, and 'Libera Ruby' suggests a red-toned product exists but is filed under another filter.
