Business is in its third year as of 2026; first two years were very hard — high operating costs, bank account down to a few thousand dollars, and reputation problems with third-party installers, which led to setting up their own aluminium factory for quality control.
Background offered as material for the brand story content.

Emphasise the signature "Cocoa Gray" colour and anodized finish in marketing materials to distinguish from traditional black powder-coated aluminium frames.
Black frames are powder-coated with a slightly shiny traditional texture; Cocoa Gray is anodized, giving an "ultra soft matte", velvet-like finish. Joycelyn also wants emphasis on being a local Singaporean brand with in-house production of both smart glass and aluminium frames.

Joycelyn to ask the homeowners whether they're willing to appear on camera for a testimonial during Friday's filming session, and update Jun Kai so he can prep questions.
Those clients approached the business directly so are thought likely to agree. Jun Kai noted such videos make excellent case studies for advertising.
