This is now client-dossier.md. The name changed because "brain" implied cloning the client; the point is knowledge and legacy, so forward planning is pinpoint.

This stub stays because migrations 0013 and 0017 reference the old path in column comments, and an applied migration's checksum is recorded — editing one would make migrate.sh report drift.
