New creatives to cover both primary and secondary students across English, Mathematics, Science and Junior College subjects.
Primary school is seen as an underserved market versus the competitive secondary sector, and primary students carry higher lifetime value as they progress to secondary at the centre. Many enquiries are for primary maths, the subject founder Mrs. Kumar is best known for.

Case study content — students interacting with teachers, wearing the centre's uniform — remains the most effective creative format.
Ad performance fluctuates cycle to cycle, but this format consistently performs best.

This time around I want a much wider spread of teachers and students covered
Kula wants the next round of filming/footage to cover a broader range of teachers and students than previously.

Move to lead forms to better profile and qualify enquiries, with SMS OTP verification added to filter out non-serious submissions.
Shainaz Khan pushed back that lead forms may produce the same unresponsiveness as the current process; Jun Kai Goh proposed the OTP step in response.

Please use original logo — blue and orange with dot on the "I".
Raised on 8 June and again on 9 June after the first revision still used the wrong logo; a corrected version was approved on 9 June.

No, too soon to shoot
Client declined proceeding with a shoot at this point, saying it is too soon.

Nothing has contradicted these, so they are still on the record — but they are old enough that the client may have moved on. Treat them as questions, not instructions.

Atlas advised keeping the current speech speed despite Mrs Kumar's request to slow parts down, as the videos run as ads and are already long; client accepted.
Mrs Kumar's feedback (9 Jun) asked for speed of speech to be reduced at some parts. Jil pushed back; Shainazzz replied "Okay sure."

We let Meta's campaign budget optimisation handle distribution across the ad set, and only override when something significantly underperforms for a sustained period
Jun Kai explained performance is tracked on a trending basis (past 7 days vs 14 days vs past month) rather than reacting to single snapshots, since Meta delivery is lumpy at this spend level. Stated in response to Shainazzz's concern about budget starving weaker ads.

Enquiry numbers are up but many parents click the ad and then never respond to outreach — non-serious leads.
Lead costs have also risen, attributed to ad fatigue and a seasonally quieter enrolment period.

Cost per enquiry is healthy for the tuition space in Singapore despite a less competitive offer ($5 trial class)
Week 1: 19 enquiries at $18.34 average from $348.49 spend.

The us vs them video spent $20.13 with no leads this week, so we'll be turning the ad off and reallocating budget into the other ads
Follows a 5 Aug commitment to give it until end of week before deciding. Earlier it swung from $27.59 CPR to $45.14 then apparently recovered to $18.24 on a single conversation.
