2. What we are doing next
[Media buyer: the decisions made this month and why, from the decisions log, in three lines]
[AM: what the client will see change next month, matched to what they said they want]
· 2 pieces delivered, against nothing in August 2026.
3. What we cannot see this month
· How the accounts performed. No organic figures were recorded for this month — followers, reach, impressions and engagement rate. They can be read from each platform's own dashboard, which is what happens today except the numbers go into a slide and are lost.
· Which piece produced which result. Organic metrics are account-level and the client posts work we did not make, so the reach on this page belongs to the account and not to our videos. Per-post attribution needs post-level data that is not being collected.
Internal, never sent
Effort: 2 pieces, 3 min of runtime. Retainer —, — per piece.
- Offer reporting on the accounts themselves. We are making the work and cannot show what it did, which is the half of the conversation that renews a retainer. 2 pieces delivered in September 2026 against no recorded organic figures.
- This client is already running our work as paid. Media buying is the service that would tell them what it returned. 1 of 2 pieces in September 2026 were delivered for paid social.
The unfiltered version. If an account is going badly the AM must know before the client does.
