Strategy

Reads what is known about this client and their market, then works out what is worth arguing, how to argue it, and writes the copy. Takes a few minutes.

Insights

what is worth arguing, and why only we can

Put the AI next to a physician in public and let people watch where it disagrees — the disagreement is the product, not the embarrassment.

killedproofdraft

Only we can say it: A competitor could say 'physician-approved'. They could not run this, because running it requires the physician comparison to be staged live in front of the customer at their own activations and the physician's contradicting answer to be entered into the system as training data — a workflow Aiteaic already operates at events (Great World City, L'Oreal, City Sprouts) and which only makes commercial sense if your business model is a proprietary physician-validated dataset. A competitor selling a finished, certain-sounding app has every incentive to avoid a side-by-side, because for them a mismatch is a refund and for Aiteaic it is inventory.

Critic: The 'stage a live disagreement with a human expert to build a proprietary validated dataset' play is the standard bootstrapping move for any unapproved diagnostic AI — it isn't specific to tongue diagnosis or to Aiteaic's physician-workflow, it's generic to the category of 'AI product needs ground truth and needs to look credible before it has FDA/HSA-grade approval'. The argument leans on the physician-comparison logistics being unique, but any competitor selling an unvalidated health-scanning gadget has the identical incentive structure (mismatch = data, not refund, because nobody is paying for a diagnosis yet) and could stage the identical live comparison. This is proof-by-mechanism dressed as ownable when the mechanism itself is category-standard. Could be run unchanged by: Any early-stage diagnostic-AI startup without regulatory approval (e.g. a skin-condition scanner or a rival TCM-AI app) doing expert-vs-machine live demos at pop-up events to build trust and harvest correction data.

9 constraints on how this may be written
  • — Do not claim clinical validation, medical proof or that the system diagnoses disease — the blind physician study is only planned and no regulatory approval fact exists
  • — Do not present the ~85% figure as an independently verified or clinical accuracy rate; it is a stated internal figure and the ~400-photo consistency check is still in progress
  • — Do not use the current in-report confidence percentage as an absolute confidence score — it is a ratio of potential constitutions until the metric is redefined
  • — Do not claim physician endorsement, supervision or an on-site physician as part of the product; physicians appear at activations for comparison and data capture only
  • — Do not advertise the herbal capsule machine, capsule lines or any purchasable product as available — it is in development and the site is being moved off e-commerce to an experiential micro-site
  • — Do not invoke HSA or ISO certifications, the lab, or heavy-metal/active-compound testing — those belong to a prospective partner, not to Aiteaic
  • — Do not claim equivalence to the $10,000–$30,000 clinical machine; the only supported statement is that tested results were consistent with it
  • — Do not imply pulse reading is part of the offer — that project is shelved
  • — Do not stage present-tense personal illness fear or symptom-based scare framing; this is a lifestyle-habit product with no clinical claim to back it

If the photo is bad, it says 'balanced' instead of guessing

mofdraft

Our AI refuses to name your constitution if your photo isn't good enough. That's on purpose.
