Ad spend already utilised is non-refundable; we'll calculate and refund any remaining unused ad balance as a one-time goodwill closure, with a final breakdown to follow

We would like to stop the campaign and hope for a refund of the balance of the $2,500 paid — I won't keep paying and wait for it to optimise

37 leads since 4 March, only 1 client met and nothing closed — $2,000 for 1 lead, very disappointing, and no answers from you guys

Call summary: main issue is lead quality — a large portion of leads are non-genuine (incl. foreign workers) despite decent volume and low CPL (~$50). We'll immediately exclude the foreign worker audience from the ads.

If needed, we can implement OTP verification mid-month to further filter leads — will improve quality but reduce volume.

Atlas will immediately exclude the foreign worker audience from the ads and monitor results over the next few weeks.

For our side, we usually keep these discussions over a call so everything can be properly run through, documented with a digital notetaker, and aligned with the team.

They are bringing in a new type of carpentry that is new in the market and they are one of the first — it requires customer education, so they wanted a face-to-face meeting to discuss future plans.

Run both ad angles at the same time as a split test to see which works better before transitioning fully

I think we should market the "free 3d" more because that's the current market trend that's attracting owners based on feedback from our owners.

Lots of enquiries from foreign workers; spreadsheet shows a lot of foreign workers, fake numbers, and prank submissions from people who never clicked the ad.
The 6 Apr 2026 WhatsApp call summary restates the same lead-quality complaint more completely and settles it with a decision to exclude the foreign worker audience, making it the current position on this topic.

Would like to address the problems with the leads as well, it's coming in too slowly and the leads are not responsive or genuine. We're srsly having problems with the quality of leads.
The 6 Apr 2026 WhatsApp call summary restates the same lead-quality complaint with corrected facts (volume and CPL now judged fine, non-genuine leads identified as the core issue) and an agreed remedy, superseding the 22 Mar 2026 message from the same source and authority.
